[Turtle Sim]

Could be better...

OK, I know turtles are slow. OK, I know they aren't the most exciting species on this planet, but I think you could spruce this game up a bit...

GOOD POINTS:
The game is easy enough to play. You click on FEED, SLEEP, TOY or TO/FROM WATER and the turtle does that.

BAD POINTS:
There doesn't appear to be any objective to this game. I tried just feeding it, and it went from excited to kinda happy, then a quick go on the toy brought it back up again... I hate to say it, but I tried to keep the turtle awake and see it explode, but I didn't manage, coz all I had to do was send it to sleep once and it was fine...

You have the basis of a game here, but as it is, there is no point as you say in your description...

Work on it and resubmit!

Maybe it's just a bit small... I can see it's a template, and doesn't actually do much, but I think it's great work, and the basis of an excellent site for the school! Just make it BIGGER!!! I can hardly see the text / icons / buttons ect.

I love this game! It's just like the real thing! Somehow, I have become hooked on it!!! I've just noticed I've been playing for nearly 3 hours solid!!

The whole concept is instantly recognisable if you're a newgrounds regular! The graphics are spot on, and the gameplay runs at an OK pace (although it could be a bit faster...)

I have thought of some imprvoements I would personally like to see in this game... I'll email them to you!

Otherwise, I love this game, and am striving to complete and post my "Groundbreaker"!!

[Pixel Monsters]

Could be better...

I enjoyed the whole idea, you make a monster then go and fight bosses.

There could be many improvements however...

1. The graphic. Although you have gone for dark green on light green, it was EXTREMELY difficult to read the text in the instructions... Maybe if it was black it would help, and a bit larger too...

2. The sound was EXTREMELY annoying!!! At least add an option to adjust the music, and change it, because the repettitive "dunn dunnnn" got very bad!!!

3. I really had a hard time understanding what the game was doing half the time with the "trumps" thing... It seemed to pick random players to start, and each attack had a random outcome. Maybe make it so each enemy has 1 achillies heel...

Otherwise a nice little game in the making!

Nice!!!

I love this game, I can see how addicted to it people could become! I played it for about half an hour solid before I even realised how long I spent on it! The graphics are simple, yet slick.
The sound is clear and sleek, and the game is put together very well!

The only thing I will say about it is that it looks very similar to "CODE", which was released as a beta version by another Newgrounder...

Pretty cool though!

Oh, if there were a difficulty select that would be great!

[Purdy Fireworks]

Fireworks...

To the person who reviewd before me (the one that spent 2 minutes of his life he'll never get back), you can't blame the author! It did exactly what it said on the tim! Fireworks that went boom! So if you spent 2 minutes viewing it, it was because YOU wanted to!

And to the author> I like the interactivity... The little buttons fire off different sequences, I like that. However, on the big ones, the flash ran VERY slowly!
Oh, and make sure the buttons are on the screen when it loads, I had to re-size the window to get access to them!

[Old-School Maze]

I like it!!

It saves me having to draw mazes! You should offer the chance to print a maze out, for pople who want to play later...

Oh, and a music option would be cool...

Oh, and along with the stats at the end, it would be interesting to know how far you've "scribbled", and many times you took the wrong route... A lotta extra programming, I guess, but it's only a suggestion!

[Defend Your Castle (Full)]

Simple but repetitive.

Good game, and from what I can tell there are no bugs or anything actually WRONG with the game, however it is a tad repetitve... I like the sound effects, but more variety in the people would be good. Perhaps change the graphics for Knights, Horsemen ect...?
